If you are set on a TC check out the smaller companies like Chalet, Host or NorthStar which may be willing to customize more than the larger setups.
a very nice TT with half again as much room will cost 1/2 as much as a TC. I think it will be a toss up whether or not your marriage with two kids in a TC will last the 7 years.
