At best, your hitch is rated for only #1050 using a WD hitch setup.... #945 DRY.... Well, that all depends on what DRY means when they weighed it, but I'd say it'll be a bit heavier than that even if you don't carry any water...
If you load the trailer with more weight and put it to the rear to reduce the TW, it won't handle very well..
So, the question is not really "can you do it", but "should you do it"... The answer to the first one is yes.. The answer to the second one is, it's really up to you... I wouldn't do it myself, and I run over some of my trucks GVWR, but I only have a 22', #5000 TT and not even close to exceeding the trucks hitch ratings... ;)

My Ranch is about 340 miles away. The original thought was buying something to keep at the ranch. Once I started looking at the TT I got excited about potentially taking it other places. Most of the time I would be with in 200 miles of Austin TX.
