Close valve on orange PEX pipe from tank.
Open valve to white pipe stub for antifreeze.
You may have a check valve on the water heater that blocks any antifreeze from going into the heater in the hot outlet pipe but you should also have a valve that closes off the cold water supply. You can determine this valve location by sight or try to fill water heater with fresh water after draining and leaving the drain plug off. With fresh water in the pumping system (normal operation) power pump and turn valves until no cold water comes out of water heater drain.
BTW, when posting pictures, choose width 640 so they aren't large.
