Hemi 6.4 or Cummins
I have to upgrade my Ram 1500 for a new 2500. I have limited funds so I can either afford the Ram 6.4 Hemi STL with all the bells and whistle I want or the stripped down Tradesman with the cummin...

I think the coil springs on the 2500 are designed for a more comfortable ride. I don't think i would pull anything in the future that would exceed the 3200 payload on the 2500
I dont think the coils give up anything. IIRC the 2500 6.4L standard cab is 3900lbs payload and crew is 3600lbs.
