Like I said, it must have changed recently. I haven't spoken with them directly in a while but the website and the current listed owners manual still shows this (cut and pasted direct);
The Lifetime Limited Warranty period begins upon receipt of signed Hensley ArrowTM warranty registration card.
The Lifetime Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Hensley ArrowTM advanced towing system. The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferrable.
That's not transferring. That's purchasing a "new" warranty through the manufacturer, kind of like buying an extended warranty on a used vehicle.
Either way, it's sold already. Hopefully somebody on here got a good deal.
