In the last 3 days diesel has dropped and gas shot up .Not sure whats going on.
It's because I just sold my diesel truck and went to gas :)
The same thing is happening here in Oregon. Gas is still cheaper but not by much. I think I've seen diesel for about the same or slightly less than premium gas. - rhagfoExplorer III

Maybe because the heating season is ending and there is not as much demand for heating oil, which means there is plenty of diesel available.
And, we're getting into the traveling season, so naturally, gas will go up.

Yep, many forget that last year the gas and diesel were on close most of summer. This is when most use their TV. - lightfootExplorer IIIDiesel @ $3.97, Gas @ $3.74 in McHenry CO., IL. today.
- RinconVTRExplorerUp to $4.10 today in my area, 100 miles north of Chi-town.
Gas $3.63 - cochise49ExplorerDW says the price of diesel went down and gasoline up because we just "downgraded" from a DP to a gasser. Had figured the lower cost of gasoline would offset the lower MPG of the gas engine. A long time ago the opposite happened when we went from gas to diesel. Cost of diesel went up just after we bought. Different market dynamics for the two I guess. Happy travels.
- panamacamper1ExplorerDont question a good thing. Diesel over here in korea is still 4.34 I miss maryland
