Herself says the Open Range LT308 BHS has the advantage for your 6 children with the bunk configuration and the huge dinette/sofa for games and eating. The bunk situation looks more comfortable: well rested kids are happy kids. She thinks the layout will be a selling point for when you become empty nesters and want a different rig. I agree.
Wonder if the two dining tables are removable for more space on rainy days or non-meal activities?
I don't know ORs reliability record. Personally, I would research that too. Let us know which you get. Don't worry about your past decisions: all of life is a learning curve.
