    That's what I would like to see.
    The lawsuit accuses them of doing what VW did, but with VW I thought it was the EPA that broke it open and then the lawsuit.

    VW is far bigger both in sales and bank account. Fiat has long term viability question and has been actively seeking a merger partner for some time.

    Actually, it was a college that first discovered the anomalies, and upon further research started to suspect something was amiss. It was then reported to the EPA and CARB.
