I agree but class actions do help keep the corporations honest.
They know the lawyers are sniffing like sharks waiting for them to make a illegal move.
I'm not suggesting the consumers win monetarily but the companies do consider the class action losses in their decisions.

I think so. This was just filed Dec. 1st and involves the Ram 1500 ECO diesel and the diesel Jeep SUV. It's against FCA and Bosch , Cummins is not included in this one.

Is this a different issue from the lawsuits fiat and cumins are throwing at each other?

In the end all vehicles are designed to cut back as the emissions equipment gets older. I know for a fact as the catalytic converter deteriorates the threshold for a check engine light gets a little more lenient!

Just adding more fuel to the fire, with no emissions equipment to make problems!!!! ;)
