I learned that Lippert started making the slide out systems just before I bought my '14. Cheap, chintzy and unreliable. Nelsons fixed it twice under warranty but now warranty is gone so they want me to pay for it.
That sucks since they know it has (at least on yours) a history of not working correctly.

I'm glad they came through for you. We've purchased 4 of our 5 RV's from them and have never had a problem. Our last one, they installed a cord reel, solar system, Travel'r Satellite, and onboard surge protector, and a second AC. All well done and as promised. They also dealt with our insurance company when a separated tire did damage to our rig. They were more than fair.
Looking forward to seeing pics of the new camper. - _DJ_1Explorer II

DJ - shame about your Nash. They used to have a good reputation. Did you get it from Nelson's? Also, where is that campsite?

Nelsons fixed it twice under warranty but now warranty is gone so they want me to pay for it. Since I have to pay myself I am going to find someone who can actually fix it!!! Not happy with them!!
