We had an older Sunnybrook and loved it. (Dumb mistate getting rid of it). Looks like the Brookside by Winnebago is the same line. Alot of nice features in the Sunnybrooks.

Excel makes a very nice TT built with your needs in mind.Did not see it on there site but worth a call to the factory.
Did see some on a web search. IMO best TT made.

Basically they all make really good trailers and they all make lemons. This is true from the cheapest pop up to the most expensive motor home. Pick a trailer that you like the fit and finish on as well as the floor plan and then really really inspect it prior to taking ownership.

Now that said, most trailers are not designed with full-time in mind. There are a few 5ers that do list themselves as a full-time rig but those that don't tend to void their warranty if they find out you full-time in it. (i.e. don't tell them you use it full-time). What you really need to find is a trailer that has a manufacturer that really stands behind their product. Not to mention a good dealership. Jayco and forest river tend to have a pretty good rep with this. Crossroads is trying to regain their rep. I believe heartland has a good rep too but from what I understand some of the former management from crossroads has gone to heartland (the team that caused crossroads to lose face with its customers).

I can tell you the sabre line is really nice. We almost bought a sabre tt but got the sabre 5er instead. Our zinger tt was an entry level tt that performed well.

The key to a tt or 5er is to make sure you have plenty of truck for whatever trailer you buy and then get a good hitch. If you don't have a TV yet then figure out exactly what trailer you want first and then buy a truck that is capable of handling its loaded weights. For the size you are talking, I would be looking at 3/4 and 1 ton trucks to do the job and with full-timing you might want to consider diesel. Pay close attention to payload on these trucks as that is frequently your weak link. Happy hunting and enjoy your soon to be retirement.

Take a look at open range travel trailers and fifth wheels. They make a very nice higher end unit. Great floor plans as well. If I change trailers again I think it will be an open range http://www.openrangerv.com

We took delivery on a Cougar x-lite 28RLS in October .
Nice floor plan .Plenty of storage ,great to a couple to full time in & not feel crowded on those rainy days.
Wife loves the XTRA LARGE shower .
0 issues after 48 days of camping in this unit.
By no means is it a high end camper but feels & designed like one .
Pull it with a 3/4 ton dodge 5.7 Hemi 4X4 with no issues .
Have the 4 point 10,000 lb. Equalizer hitch that works great with no sway in high winds or 18 wheelers passing @ 70 MPH
Bought our 2014 brand new 28,000.00 drive out with a 2nd 13.500 BTU AC for Bedroom .
It gets hot down here on the Texas Gulf Coast

Keep in mind that "High end" is an extremely relative term when talking about travel trailers. Even more expensive brands like those mentioned above are built fast with many of the same junky components that all the others are. You are likely to have at least minimal issues with any brand.

We have an Arctic Fox 31W by Northwood, 1 slideout. It has all Oak interior, mirrors to make it look larger and is a 4 seasons trailer, 4 degrees in MO and we were snug. It's heavy, you'll need a 3/4 ton HD to pull it. We gross 18K when loaded, fresh water and a generator.

I took a good look at Lance, I was not overly impressed. I felt the finishing was poor and I wanted a wrap around nose. They had nice floor plans but were certainly not as well put together as the Northwood products.
