High Volume, Low Cost Chevy dealer in the Southwest or West?

I have a good friend who wants to buy a new Chevy truck. It's just for a work truck, hardly ever tows. I'm trying to help him get the best possible price. So my question for the many knowledgeable truck folks on this forum, are there any high volume, low cost Chevy dealers in the Southwest or West (we live in Arizona)? I see Dennis Dillon in ID has a GMC dealership, but the prices for stripped down work trucks are much higher than for the comparably equipped Ram trucks. I see they don't seem to stock anywhere near as many GMC units as their Ram dealership stocks, so it doesn't look like they are a high volume low cost GMC dealership.

He'll probably have to order, as the configuration he wants is seldom found on the lot. He wants a half ton, long bed, extended cab gasser with very few options, not even power windows. Thanks in advance for any tips on Chev dealers to check into!
