Hit a newly installed speed bump. Water tank replacement??

I have a Dodge Cummins turbo diesel and Arctic fox truck camper. It has the true tie downs.

I hit a speed bump that was newly installed in an area that I normally drive in.

This sheared a couple of the bolts on the tie down system at the frame. It also broke my water tank.

I'm limping my way about 4 hours away today to get a campground. Normally I don't use campgrounds. I'm going to decouple the truck and truck camper and get some welding done on the tie-downs. As well as the sheared bolts replaced.

The big question is the water tank. How do I best access this? Do I have to go in from the bottom of the truck camper? Through the flimsy material they use to seal it off? What is the best way to reattach that material later? It's like cardboard or something. In fact, it's all falling off at the rear of the truck camper where it hangs off the back of the truck anyway. I've had to use some wooden slats to try to hold the material in place. I would love to pull this tank from inside the truck camper so that I don't make much of a scene at the campground. But I'm afraid I have to go in from the bottom of the truck camper. Any advice on this water tank replacement project? Has anyone done it before?

This is going to be a speedy water tank replacement. I'm going to work on it full-time at the campground. 8 hours a day until it is finished.

Additional damage includes a slightly crushed wheel well. Just in case anyone is curious what can happen when you get airborne with a truck camper. LOL
