Hit a newly installed speed bump. Water tank replacement??

Well, it's a good excuse to replace that cheap bottom covering with something more substantial.
Too bad about the damage. Sounds like that thing did a number on the truck and camper!
Don't worry about the ninnies that try to CSI everything on here. They're just bored.
Was there an advanced warning for the speed bump? If not I'd be p!ssed at the city for putting in a road hazard!
