Hit a newly installed speed bump. Water tank replacement??

Sorry to hear this. I have been airborne with mine but was lucky. I dented the bed and front rail of the truck. Lots of stuff came loose inside. The spring loaded fast guns only help so much.

I am not sure what you mean by "true tie downs". Maybe that was part of the problem.
