I'm not sure why you'd do this at a campground, but make sure they allow working on them. Some campgrounds also don't allow TCs to be offloaded. There is known problem with breaking the strap that holds the fw tank on Arctic Fox. I'd be ready to replace that strap. You might try a state park or similar campground that might not have as many rules.
I think it would be possible to make a water leak if you hit a bump hard enough to break the tiedowns. Assuming you can't easily inspect it, I'd think it is possible to be a drain line. I doubt you fractured the actual fw tank wall. If it is a drain line, that might be an easy fix.
The fw tank should be up front. Based on pictures there doesn't seem to be access from the front if the TC is off like my Host, but removing the front panel underneath would probably be easy.
