Anyway, I heard as a fact about "55+ community" in Rossmoor, CA where elderly residents routinely blow the stop signs and 25 speed limits.
Pretty big association has whole maze of roads, that privately own are NOT under Police jurisdiction.
Yet, Board of Directors approved an agreement with Walnut Creek Police to enforce the law on association streets.
I happen to drive on one of those days, when about 12 Policemen start enforcing road rules on the terrain.
About 10 of them were solid busy writing the tickets.
Surprisingly no offender was younger than 55.
