I've been carrying my TW200 on the front of my truck for the past year with no problems.
I do think extending the rear hitch to carry is going to be a problem if you have angle -of-attack and drag that thing going up or down a driveway or other change in grade. I know it wouldn't work to go down my driveway for example.
Here's a couple photos of carrying bikes on the front. I have no clearance problems.
Also, verify your headlights will still do their job if you mount up front. I don't do a lot of driving at night, but I can and my fog lights are useful too!
