Hitch extender for Motorcycle ??
Is anyone using a Hitch extender to carry their motorcycle? Truck is a 3500 Dodge with air bags (weight will not be an issue) Motorcycle is a Yamaha TW 200 ,,,300lbs TC is 8' with no overhang from ...

I didnt mean to imply that I would be using a 2' extension. I meant that with the bike on the carrier it would be close to being about 18"s away from the hitch, I could not tell from your picture which carrier you had but I am sure it is probably similar to mine. Now that info about the headlights will have to be considered, as I would be driving from Florida to 'Out West' a lot at night I may have to carry on back till I get over the long distance driving, then put it in front to give access to the TC. I am not too worried about dragging in back as I have a dually with air bags,it sits high and i wont be doing much off road, just want access to the TC with bike loaded.
