Progress Mfg's recommended torque for the two shank bolts? I'm not saying you don't but not many of us will have a torque wrench in our workshop that's rated beyond ~ 250 ft-lbs, I know I don't. I got lucky back when I ran a 1,000 / 10,000 lb Equal-i-zer with my K-Z Spree as I had a friend who did own a 600 ft-lb torque wrench, a monster for sure. I also initially used it to secure the hitch ball to the head as that required 430 ft-lbs. ;)
