holding tank maintenance
TankTechs Rx Probiotic Anyone here of the above product for cleaning holding tanks? It's supposed to be superior to other chemicals, Formaldehyde and others?

I guess that would help if you're not dumping your tanks very often, it would probably help to break down any organic matter. I can't really see spending that kind of money on something that's going to be flushed down a drain within a few days.
What I've done is add the cheapest fabric softener I can find on sale. It makes everything inside the tank slippery and adds some scent. Soap does about the same thing.
