I saw one of those, tho not quite that nice, in the Fred Meyer lot in Soldotna Ak. The one I saw was also on 1/2 ton truck. It had to huge puddles under it. Like he bypassed both tanks. It also had a chimney for the wood burner. Looked like it had been there a while. They had a sign requesting 3 day stay. Many where abusing that. When I walked my dog around the store there were several tents in the back woods as well.
