My 2KW Honda Generator was purchased from MAYBERRYs back in 2008. I still like "out of sight - out of mind" for keeping my 2KW Generator safe from thief.
Mounting my 2KW Generator out in the open on the rear bumper of my trailer would be a scary move for me. I still carry my generator secured in the tailgate corner of my covered-closed and locked truck bed. I just move the generator out onto the truck tailgate and plug in the trailer shore power cable when I need to use it to charge batteries for the trailer. Generator never leaves the tailgate area of my truck. It goes where I go...
Just used it yesterday in a WALMART parking getting a ladies battery charged up enough to start her car.
Almost never let the generator sit out in the open on the tailgate unattended...
