Yes, when I tested the voltage the other day it dropped to 90 then 60 then 30 then 15. But usually it doesn't even try to start at all. That was the only one of two time it as even tried to start.
If the Honda is dropping the voltage all the way down without tripping its overload circuit that has to be your problem.
