My primary confusion can from your being ask if the charger/inverter was off, and you said yes. Also you were ask to turn everything off except the A/C only, and your response was you did.
Well, the main thing is your A/C does work with your Polar Cub. It is sure disappointing to me that Rvcomfort tech support (polar Cub) and Honda said the Honda 2000 would not or probably would not run the {Polar Cub. Kinda looks like they both need to change Techs.
