My primary confusion can from your being ask if the charger/inverter was off, and you said yes. Also you were ask to turn everything off except the A/C only, and your response was you did.
Well, the main thing is your A/C does work with your Polar Cub. It is sure disappointing to me that Rvcomfort tech support (polar Cub) and Honda said the Honda 2000 would not or probably would not run the {Polar Cub. Kinda looks like they both need to change Techs.

Wayne, when I was ask to turn everything off I did that. I put the charger in the off position on the control panel and turned off all other appliances.
I had spoke with another RVC tech earlier in the day that seemed more helpful but I was not a that camper at that time. When I call back yesterday afternoon the tech I talked to then didn't seem to be very helpful and once I told him my issue and size of generator he then told me that it wouldn't work above 85 degrees I ask him about the hundreds of campers that run this same genny and AC unit. He didn't answer that question, just give me the max amp and watt start up loads and told me to check with Honda to see if the generator would handle those loads. Now when I called Honda I got a recording that said if you need tech support on a Honda Generator to call one of there service centers. So I call a Honda service center in my area and they were nice enough to look up the info on this generator. They said the max amp load for the generator is 16.6 amp and about 2400 watts approximately. They said they felt like I needed a bigger genny. Now I don't understand way or how it works with the inverter set at 60VAC drop out but it does. It would be interesting to here someone explain it. I am NOT an electrician but I have wired my own house years back and it hasn't burned yet. I know enough to get by sometimes. I am a residential general contractor but that's not saying much this day and age if you know what I mean, and a carpenter by trade but still learning more everyday. Thanks or all the help.
