I have been conducting an unofficial experiment on the topic of what trucks do girls like for many years in order to satisfy my personal observation. Over the years friends and colleagues in the same situation have asked me what truck would their wife warm up to.
I suggest they test drive all of them and make the Chevy Silverado 1500 the second in line. Don't bias them in any manner and don't focus on the Chevy. The girls almost unanimously chose the Chevy with Dodge a close second.
Girls Love Chevy Trucks! Well, down here anyway.
They like the ride, the way it drives, the seats are comfy and the interior is eye candy to them.
