There is two dump valves/locations in the Mammoth and current generation Everest campers. The grey water connection is under the generator compartment with the cable pull for the valve in the gennie compartment; the valve itself is deep inside the basement. The black dump valve/connection is in the slide itself, as previously posted it's all hard line with the toilet is directly connected to the tank, and the bathroom sink also drains into this tank.
I had Host install a black tank flush system at the factory, during the build. A dealer/owner can easily add one, there is plenty of large access points to do so.
Yes, the black tank when it gets full would get heavy, but Host uses a heavy duty slide mechanism. I normally dump the black as soon as possible, just to keep the CG down, but I like to drive it around a bit before dumping because I like mine shaken, not stirred :).
If I haven't dumped since there is a total lack of dumps around the SF Bay area, I use quick connect system for water and a Sewer Solution to pump the tanks into a sewer clean out at home.
