Hot water lines
I know that antifreeze gets fed to the cold water lines via the pump. How does the hot water lines gets antifreeze?

Via Water heater bypass line (connects cold inlet line to water heater with hot outlet line from water heater---if you have a bypass)
Otherwise....have to fill water heater with 6-10 gallons of anit-freeze (depending on size of WH) before it will flow to hot water system. And then you have all that anti-freeze in your WH...waste and don't fire off WH with it in there.
Best to bypass WH. Install a bypass if you don't have one.
