Hot water problem need help please

Newbie here, just bought a new get wolf 23mk and I'm having hot eater issues. I have not water at the water heater (opening up the relief valve I can feel the eater is hot but I cannot get any hot eater at either sink, indoor shower or outside shower. Am I missing a valve somewhere?

    Sounds like you have a three valve by pass system. It could be that the hot valve is not open or the valve connecting cold to hot is open and water is by passing the heater. If the latter I would suspect you'd get hot water eventually if you let it run enough.
