Hot Water Tank

The exhaust coming out of my hot water tank really smells awful.....The flame is nice and blue. It heats properly . When going smells very bad. If we leave just the cseen door open the smell comes into the trailer. I blew everything out. It all looks perfectly normal. Im stumped. Any ideas? Thanks Hemi

    The odorant used in propane can get quite strong when a bottle is near empty so try switching bottles.

    Run a wire thru combustion chamber and out exhaust then tie a rag to thw wire and pull rag back thru ....chimney sweep
    Might be a dead critter in there


    Bad propane (mixed with butane etc)
    Does any other propane appliance exhaust smell?
