It is much worse than that. The truly stupid people tend to breed, and breed early and fast. Even if they eventually do a "hold my beer and watch this..." they probably already have spawned 5 or 6 rugrats.
On the other side, you have engineers who decide not to even have kids.
We are so screwed lol.
