how can I find info on the capacity of each grey tank?

I use the five gallon bucket method. Fill 'em up, drain 'em out one at a time. Even though they advertise a certain size tank, insertion of the drain and vent pipes can reduce that capacity. Actually measuring will give you the most reliable answer.
