I ordered 5 or 6 cabinet doors from a local cabinet maker for a previous TT. The edge profile could not be matched exactly but it was close enough to not notice. Your profile looks basic enough that custom made cutters would not be needed. The shop also matched the stain color and finish was pretty dang close and when they were up, unless you knew to look closely, you couldn't tell they weren't factory.
If getting doors made up, you just need to check around to find a shop that does custom work.
You could try one of the RV salvage places. There's lots around the country. One example:
Arizona SalvageYou could go to a few dealers and look at other brands and models and might get lucky, but as westend says, they're pretty much all raised profile now.
Sounds like Jayco does not use that style anymore so unlikely an option.
If you find a suitable door that is slightly too small, if you get a piece of 1x2 or 1x3, you could resize the opening as needed and stain and finish to suit. If done carefully, you'd barely notice.
Instead of getting a solid door made up, you could use decorative screen material for the middle part (Ace Hardware has some) or expanded mesh.
I'm going to add some cabinets in our new TT. There's a big empty cavity behind the shower. I walked through all the other KZ models on our dealer's lot and found some that will work great and I'll order some 1x2 to trim the opening. Will look factory when done. An older unit could be more of a challenge.
