Or maybe I could find a Ram dealer that is able to fix all the problems. My confidence is low for two reasons:
1) if you read the dodge forums, the fan-boys consistently blast the dealers for incompetence.
2) from personal experience, the fan boys are correct. The Ram dealership's are really that bad.
I do know of one dealer that is competent but it's 3 states away. And, it's a Ford dealer that also does factory service (warranty work, etc) on Ram trucks. Two computer systems under one roof but with competent Ford mechanics. LOL.
