I am luck I guess but I can count on one hand the number of times I have had anyone at the dump station with me. I do however camp on the "off" days.
If I am in a hurry or going from camp to camp I will not flush until the tanks are half full or more.
I have also driven home and then gone over to the local State Park at my convenience, rather than waste time waiting to dump.
I will agree, I like to have the paper out of the line with an extra bucket of water down the toilet but it is a sewer holding tank not something were are going to linger around.
