So if you're behind three trailers in line, you don't mind waiting 45 minutes while those in front of you dilly dally around because they can? Luckily, I only occasionally get stuck behind some inconsiderate soul. Most people are friendly and considerate.
I'm going to say that 95% of people can't pull up, get their hoses out, dump 2-4 tanks which normally requires pulling up or getting more hose, do a quick wash of their hoses and put them away in 10 minutes.
