That said there is no fan that will be able to offset the Texas heat. 'Taint the same as in Canada that's for sure and when it's 95° or more outside, all the fan will be doing is moving hot air. ;) l expect that I will be using it with the lid closed and fan direction "IN" when the a/c is running in summer.
