How Do You Think This TC is Laid Out?

Why would you do that. If you need that much room get a trailer or a motorhome. That looks dangerous.

From technical point of few, looks like COG might be in front of rear axle - something no manufacturer of 12' TC can manage.
No AC sticking over the roof gains my respect to the design as well.
But I don't think he can use his 4x4 for offroading.

It looks like it was built with parts from an old Airstream and the Hindenburg.

Ha, I would expect to see more like it now that they legalized pot - lol

Wow, he’s been making changes to that.........thing. I’ve been seeing pictures of that rig off and on for about two years. You used to be able to tell that there was a Lance 1161 or 1121 under all that add-on aluminum. Not any longer.
