How fast did you get your Torklift stuff?

My new F350 is already waiting for me at the dealer and I am cleaning my old truck to drive over on Saturday.
In the mean time I tried to order tie-downs.
Having good experience with trailerplus, was ready to process online order, but called them to confirm stock and they are out- waiting for mid-March restocking.
Called Torklift directly and they have them in stock, saying the shipping from WA to CA takes 2-3 days.
Had lot of hassle trying to place the order over the phone, before the representative send me a link for web-ordering.
Turned out the program will not let you save different billing from shipping address and CC was declined becouse program was changing billing address on its own.
Anyway, finally I got the order to process and at the end of ordering Torklift site slaps me with message that they can take 5-10 days to ship.
So much for 3 day shipping the representative was talking about.
I can wait a week, even 10 days, but sounds like it might take longer than 2 weeks.
Who order the stuff directly from Torklift and how fast they really ship?
  • Another Amazon Prime customer. Ordered on 5/24/16. Back mounts shipped the same day from a distributor and arrived on 5/26. Front mounts shipped the next day from Amazon and arrived 5/27. Of course they had them in stock at the time.
  • FINAL TIMING
    Ordered on 22
    Processed on 22
    Shipped on 23
    delivered on 27 (Monday)
    5 days including weekend.
Not bad, but they did not post tracking on my account, so I was in dark.
The item is delivered, but the factory order still shows only "processed"
  • Funny you should ask.

Literally just ordered the tie-downs last night, got the shipping notification today from Amazon.

Should be here in a couple of days.

    Try if that will work.
It was complicated process as torklift site does not show ordering options directly.
I called CS and check the inventory. Than I tried to place the order over the phone, but having different billing from shipping address the representative could not process the order.
Than he gave me a link for direct ordering and I catch the glitch where software was changing billing address after entering different shipping address.
Going back and redoing it manually made it working.
Looks like torklift have very good engineers, but also very lousy programmers.
Tried to install the ties, but after fishing the bolts via the frame and trying to put the bracket -turned out the holes in brackets have been flooded with paint and the bolts would not fit.
Had to pull it back and clean the holes.
