Yes, our old '99 tent trailer, about 5 years ago, one tire going on vacation, other tire coming home, Tires were at least 4 year old. Both went on I84 in Oregon going about 65. Got new tires at Les Schwab and no troubles (sold a few years after that)
On my enclosed trailer on 2 year old tires about two years ago, had one explode, we heard the pop, and then pulled over, Sheriff was behind me and gave us an escort to the side :) About 3 months later another one went. After the second one, took them all to Les Schwab and they pro rated me into a new set of a ''Max Tow'' tires. LS said they actually had so much trouble with the set I popped that they stopped carrying them. A friend of mine with the same tires had two blow outs on one trip and exchanged his in just Like i did. All flats on I84 in Oregon going about 65.
Trouble free on trailer tires now for 12K miles and a couple years.
Dually truck handled the flats like a champ. Camper was on the truck with all the enclosed trailer flats.
