How high is your truck bed?
I'm curious how high your stock, newer Ford and Ram truck beds are. I'd like to compare to my Chevy, which has a 4.5" lift, and sits right about 39".

I am also at 39" on a 2011 F 250 with 4" lift. That puts the threshold of my camper door at 48".
