I remember reading something about the trimming part. Spacer? Nope. No spacer.
At this point, it's not really an issue. I was just curious if they ever wear out. The worn out bushing/spring-like sound when the camper is on is more of a mild annoyance than anything. Maybe I'll give TL a call.
