Yeah just stay away from the Ford 6.0 or 6.4 motors. Any of the diesels can go well over 300k but the rest of the truck may be pretty much shot at that point depending on how it was taken care of and used.
You really just need to get out and look over a lot of them and you'll get a good idea of the difference between a truck that has been cared for vs one that has not regardless of mileage.
