2007 Tundra CrewMax, no mods other than a bed cover. We towed first a 2005 Starcraft 21SSO (hybrid), then a 34' Flagstaff TT (GVWR 7600 lbs, and when loaded for a trip, we were running about that), then downsized to a 27'Rockwood Mini-Lite TT (GVWR about 6500 lbs, probably not running at full weight when loaded, due to less storage space in the trailer). The truck did fine with all 3, but I will admit the shorter TT is easier to work with - I never feel like the tail is wagging the dog. We've done multiple long trips with both the last 2 trailers (probably put about 28,000 miles on the big one in 6 years' tine). No problems, though we did get the brakes serviced last year, feeling like they weren't quite up to what they had been when the truck was new. Getting the differential serviced this coming week, on the dealer's recommendation. (Truck mileage is about 98,000 right now.)
As long as we don't decide to go to a 5th wheel or truck camper in the future, we'll probably buy another Tundra when the time is right. Still loving the one we have.
