We drew the line at 22 ft but settled for a 25 ft box because of the floor plan.
The reason for the length limit was the DW likes to find quilt shops and other attractions. Museums, historic sites, battlefield monuments and other points of interest have taken us through many small and not so small towns and back roads.
Maneuvering and parking are prime concerns. From the front TV bumper to back TT bumper is 50 ft, so we can squeeze into a double space in most parking lots.
Out west we had no length issues with the campgrounds, though space was limited for the larger units at some of the older campgrounds.
All this said, floor plan is king. The right floor plan makes for the right TT, you can adapt to the rest.
