How much headroom for over-cab beds?
I am thinking about a TC someday -- not very soon -- but I like to sit upright in bed to read, and I need a lot of headroom. How much clearance is there? Does it vary a lot from one unit to another?...

DW gets the outside, I at 6'3, the inside - no sitting up, no reading, definitely no sprawling ... Getting in & out is pretty much as Jefe says, but oh it's so worth it.
