we have paid up to $37.00 a night and that was solely due to it's location (near the airport so we off load one of our family members to a flight home)
But the only answer here is a personal one.. the price limit is as high or low as you choose it to be.
like many others here, we prefer free up to $25.00, with water and elec hookups at the top. we do a lot of boondocking or dry camping or parking lot stays because our rig is designed for it.
it's like dining out. we don't need white tablecloths and gourmet cooking, so we don't go to those kinds of restaurants. :)
