IMO, knock off another 2 or 3 K because it's a last years model. Our 2013 TT was MSRP of 42K and we got it for 28 and some change, including WD hitch and install with no transport / prep / fees except the legal stuff (tax and title) in Oct 2013 on end of model year clearance. I also did make the dealer throw in a grand in accessories from their parts store after I showed them the RV wholesalers price quote (25K with no hitch) on the exact same unit and said "Work with me - I don't really want to drive 700 miles to get a new camper.....".
