I would go to the Jayco website and "build" that exact trailer with exact options. That will give you Jayco's MSRP. I got a quote for a new, built to spec Jayco from RVdirect.com that was about 65% of the Jayco MSRP. That included shipping to Albany for me to pick up.
That was for a brand new, exactly how I wanted Jayco built for me. For a dealer who already has it sitting on his lot taking up space and counting against his line of credit, they should be more willing to bargain. For last years model, he wants to clear it out and get new year inventory.
If it was me, I would spec out a brand new model exactly the way YOU want it and get a quote from the online places. Once you know how much you could get a 2015 with a couple upgrades and exactly how you want it, then you can decide what is a fair price for a 1 year old that may not be exactly what you want.
